eToolDirect - anybody ever buy from them?

I ordered a IR 1105MAX 3/8" drive air ratchet from them back in March. They shipped immediately and I had the package in two days. Trouble was, they sent me the 1/4" drive model, which is identical to the model I ordered except for the drive size. I decided just to keep it. I figure it was a pretty easy mistake to make.
So despite that, I'd order from them again. However, I used them only because tooltopia didn't have that ratchet in stock yet (it was new at the time). Tooltopia's prices are a bit lower.
The link you posted didn't work when I clicked it, and searching for 3830 on their site didn't return any hits. Searching for "cable hose pliers" returned the KD 3835 model, but no 3830. By comparison, tooltopia sells the 3835 for $108, while etooldirect's price is $124.

It came up on a Google search last night, but now it's showing a 404 error. I'm thinking the 3831 might be a better deal anyway; it comes with 3 extra tips and a blow molded plastic case.

Nevermind the set 3831, it doesn't come with the most important part, the 3804 cable tip. But the set 3835 DOES have the 3804 cable tip. This gets confusing after awhile.
