Workbench using Husky boxes

New to posting, but have been hanging out here for good ideas for a while now. Just putting the final touches on the custom workbench I built using the 46" husky boxes.

Length = 16'
depth = 32'

FYI - the HF boxes for $399 were only 18" deep, these are from Home Depot and were $389 and are 24.5" deep and see to be better quality.

I was able to unbolt the butcher block tops and repurpose them as the lower shelving in the center.

Welcome aboard! Super nice work on your part.
Sort of did the same with a CM 2 drawer (IIRC) w/ single door cabinet work bench. Painted the wood to kinda match the dark gray part of the W bench. Bench was 8' long. Lost it due to a divorce.

Yeah I did a similar thing as well. Found a 52" CM Premium Line floor model for $279 and made a couple of end cabs. Top is 8' butcherblock from Menards (possibly birch). The upper steel cabinets are vintage 50's from my parents kitchen.
