I put a new front differential in my E revo 2.0 and new shocks on my sons vxl rustler this weekend. Then we broke the cars while jumping them lolReplaced the transmission on my Traxxas Nitro Rustler. I ordered parts a long time ago to work on this. I originally ordered new planetary gears but decided instead of cracking open ****** I'd just replace it.
Finished doing that and discovered the battery in my glow plug driver is dead. Guess I'll get to see if this fixes my issue tomorrow.
My son is getting an Electric Rustler for Christmas. My daughter drives an older Stampede 2wd. I need to get the nitro rustler running or I'll be having to sit there watching them drive.I put a new front differential in my E revo 2.0 and new shocks on my sons vxl rustler this weekend. LOL, possibly one 68 Bug Conv chassis that is restored and has title. How many left to go?
the color is Dark Gray Metallic [Gray], The car has been great. very tight suspension and steering. i owned the 2009 sti and this new one drives WAY better. corners nicer. all round more comfortable. What color is that, and what are your thoughts on the car?
Anyone on GJ hear how he's doing???I had a telephone conversation with my Cardiologist and decided to go for the bypass surgery.
Tomorrow's a week. Give him that before we start pestering him. Bypass is a tough row to hoe.Anyone on GJ hear how he's doing???
Thank you!! I have been looking at them lately!!the color is Dark Gray Metallic [Gray], The car has been great. very tight suspension and steering. i owned the 2009 sti and this new one drives WAY better. corners nicer. all round more comfortable.
To be honest i wanted nothing to do with this body style. then it grew on me after awhile and then i test drove it. after that i was in love

Getting more than two nittro cars running at the same time was a challenge back in the day, lol.My son is getting an Electric Rustler for Christmas. My daughter drives an older Stampede 2wd. I need to get the nitro rustler running or I'll be having to sit there watching them drive.
We do have an RC18G 4wd stadium truck. I could drive it, but it doesn't go through grass very well. It was the truck my son was driving.

It is, but I don't think the wife would let me get another truck at this point. For now I need to try to keep the nitro running.Getting more than two nittro cars running at the same time was a challenge back in the day, lol.
I use to have a little track at work and my buddies would come out, we usually had 4-5 cars, I don't think we ever had all of them running on the track at once.
Electric is sooo much easier now days.
I would have a hard time letting go of the '63 Notch. I'm a Type III fan and I love the body style. I was born in '63, so it's a great year as far as I'm concerned.LOL, possibly one 68 Bug Conv chassis that is restored and has title.
Another project car on the lift (63 VW Type3 Notchbach) but in all honesty it wouldn't break my heart to trade that for space and cash.
And a diesel E350 box truck can go away tomorrow without a tear, but at least that one isn't an inside space hog.
This year a 75 Bus camper, 62 Bug rolling body and chassis, 63 Gray Bug that was mostly complete and a rusty 65 Karmann Ghia Conv ALL went away.
Keepers: My 68 Bus in the above pic would be the absolute last to go if it ever came to that. I have 2 more running and driving that are keepers too... 83 Jetta Wolfsburg 2dr and 81 Rabbit with 1.6L turbo diesel that is the daily beater.
Not going to get into the motorcycles... they don't take much room.![]()
Nadogail is up n around. He's recovering from his bypasses. He sounds as cantankerous as ever. ;-) I'll leave it to him to tell you the whole thrilling tale once he's back at his computer.Anyone on GJ hear how he's doing???
