I’ve purchased from National Tools Warehouse several times. No issues so far.

I can’t speak to Fat Monkey Tools.

I have bought tools from National Tool Warehouse, no issues with my two orders. I do remember them being a little slow to ship. Some items I ordered where drop shipped from Apex.

They have a store by me, lots of tools, a tool repair counter, and good sales people. I haven't been there since COVID.

I have not had good experiences with National Tool Warehouse. Wrong items shipped, drag their feet to correct the issues, etc. And this is recent experiences. Just look at their Google reviews.

Placed an order with them last year. Took my money and that was it. Shot them an email after a few days of email silence to get a status update on the order and they told me they canceled the order. Slow as hell to refund my money.

They canceled it because my shipping address and billing address are different. (Military) My shipping address is literally located on a military base.

Shame their website gives you the option to fill in a separate billing address.

I've had good results with NTW overall; I've received everything I've paid for with no issues; but 2-3 years ago it seemed that they didn't stock certain things and it might take 2-4 weeks to get it. Which didn't bother me, but they also didn't say "not in stock..." or update me after the purchase, etc. My last ~5 orders over the last few years haven't had any issues and I've received them in a few days.
