MORE clamps.
Still not enough clamps.

Is it? I hope not, haha, I won't eat any cereal that has phosphate in it!
I know of TSP being an ingredient for many cleaners like degreasers & dish soap powders. I used to use Borax to make anodizing solution for titanium but since phosphate was banned in many states years ago & Borax doesn't have TSP in it anymore it doesn't work as well for anodizing Ti anymore.
Big box hardware stores here still sell the box of TSP cleaner in the paint section but it's called TSP-PF now, Phosphate Free. They also sell bottles of liquid that is named TSP Substitute.
Misleading that they still call it TSP but is phosphate free. I guess it's just trying to trick people who were used to using that product kinda like the red cans of Brakleen here in Cali is non chlorinated & is the same thing as the green can. Back then the red Brakleen cans were chlorinated & green is non chlorinated. Now they both are, CRC says they still make the red cans for Cali simply cause people were used to buying the red.

Maybe from BluepointI am not sure what brand mine is but it looks EXACTLY like that one in the blow molded case with the exception that my case is red. Purchased it about 20+ years ago and I still use it quite a lot to this day. Works great on gaskets but I use it more for my CAD (Cardboard Aided Design) making templates when fabricating.

Red stuff works way better! I am sure it will be outlawed here soon in hippie Oregon but in the meantime I use it whenever I can get it!I saw this picture yesterday Will and just had to double check on my CRC brake cleaner that I bought over the weekend. My local Six States Distributor had just received several pallets of both the green labeled and red labeled CRC Brake Wash on Friday afternoon when I stopped by to pick up some parts for a truck I'm working on. I was getting down to my last case of Brake Wash that I purchased from my local NAPA store when it went on sale last year and was awaiting it to go on sale again when I spotted the red stuff again. It was actually less price than I paid at my local NAPA so I picked up a few cases and thought it was not the non-clorinated stuff but then again it got me wondering because Utah is getting nearly as bad a California lately with EPA **** such as emissions and chemicals.
After seeing this picture yesterday my curiosity got the better of me so when I arrived home yesterday and got out to the shop I took a couple of pictures of the red label vs green label CRC Brake Wash.
The Red label is in fact the good stuff and they have different SKU's.

I like that device. I'm already thinking how I can take an old credit card and a clothespin and "MacGyver" something like that.Ok... I do a lot of trim work and getting an exact length matters. Get close 1/8" off and it looks horrible. I shoot for a 32nd. I'm not the guy that measures once and caulks twice. I saw these on youtube and snagged TWO on amazon... Link provided. Watch the video on the internet on how it works if it's not obvious. It NAILS accuracy.

And is also a byproduct of igniting R12 refrigerant.if the red chlorinated stuff is outlawed its likely because it can transform to phosgene if heated to a specific temp. if your not familiar with phosgene it was a chemical weapon in ww1
Is this an epiq?A few goodies before the end of the year.
SO 3/8" SAE Semi Deep
Snap On right angle hose pick. I really liked the cotter pin puller, so figured I'd give this guy a try as well.
These just came out. (Perks of your dealer showing up on Mondays.) These are the Bahco made flush cuts; the handle on these are a lot larger than their normal Bahco precision pliers. Think "normal snap on grips" with a Bahco head. Used them on a few zip ties today and they're great. A good bit more stout feeling than my Swanstrom flush cuts.
Some PBSwiss precision hex screw drivers. Tinkering with drones, and it's pretty much all socket head screws.
I've been eying this Ledlenser P5R. Got a 50% off coupon and finally pulled the trigger. The main reason I wanted it was the float charging system. I hate streamlight's charging stations. This just hangs magnetically.
And last item on the list...the left side power locker for my Epiq. It's taken about 6 months to get, and figured I'd scoop it up before more pricing hikes or something dumb like the color being discontinued. (I'm not sure if that's a valid concern, but I'm looking for excuses here. lol)
Unfortunately, I'm not going to have time until after the new year to get it all bolted together, so it's just sitting in place for now. I did throw the emblem on to get some half decent cell phone pics.
I didn't feel like moving any vehicles, and I didn't have room to take a pic with my camera, so you get a fuzzy wide angle iphone pic.
Hope you all have a merry christmas and happy new year.![]()
How are those lights? I really like the USB charging feature.Snap-on got me again lol
. Every Tuesday lol and will get me next week too. Ordered me and my brother in law some more socks too. Also ordered a pearl blue extra long ratchet as well because he didn’t have any extra long so he said I’ll order you one. Bought my boss the same flashlight as well for Christmas he said he wanted one so I gave him one. Both blue of course because we all know that’s the best color lol. Got the oil filter pliers because my Craftsman ones absolutely **** especially as a Subaru tech dealing with mostly small filters. My coworker has this same set so I know they work good. The long cabinet screwdriver is great for hose clamps in weird places and some other things too. And the pliers I got cause I’m working on my plier collection still. And of course the pocket screwdriver aka 11th finger cause you need several of those as well.
Is this an epiq?
They are amazing. Very bright. And available in many colors. Next week I might pick up a long version. The USB is part of what sold me on it too. They have regular battery versions too for like $30 cheaper but heck I will pay extra for rechargeable. How are those lights? I really like the USB charging feature.
Sorry i don´t have any experience with their pry bars.... they look very similar to the "Wilde" pry bars......or the older Craftsman version....is the lang prybars any good? im considering the 3pc set
Do you have a part number for the pocket screwdriver ?

Thank you! Im in the process of researching a new box like crazy and I just keep coming to the EPIQ. I'm scouring FB marketplace. PS Hello fellow wisconsiniteYup! You can tell because epiq's are the only ones with the recessed drawer pulls!.
I haven't used the USB version but the regular battery version is indispensable. I only wear hats at work, and the little hat clip is incredible when working in stupidly tight spaces (submarines). How are those lights? I really like the USB charging feature.

That pic I posted was from years ago & I don't think I took a pic of the P/Ns. But i do remember the red & green cans had different P/Ns even though they were both non-chlorinated. But the red "Cali" stuff did have a different P/N than the real chlorinated red cans of course.
I would buy whichever one went in sale. Sometimes it was the red cans, sometimes the green. It didn't matter which color I got cause they both had the same contents from what I was told. Now a days I just buy whatever brake cleaner that is on sale which usually ends up being an auto parts store brand.
I did buy a gallon of chlorinated CRC Brakleen from Amazon years ago to use in a Sureshot type sprayer. But the gallon I received was bad or something. It didn't work like any brake cleaner I've used, doesn't evaporate fast & doesn't smell like brake cleaner. Almost seemed oily from what I remember. The jug was sealed when I got it but who knows if someone did some shady **** by replacing the contents. I don't think brake cleaner goes bad, at least I never heard of that. I think I still have the gallon somewhere, I'll have to test it out again.

I do not. On their website it only lists it as a bucket of them available and you have to contact for pricing and availability.

That light is the handiest thing I ever purchased...always had streamlights in the Fire Service but in the day of the dinosaurs they were never this good. They are amazing. Very bright. And available in many colors. Next week I might pick up a long version. The USB is part of what sold me on it too. They have regular battery versions too for like $30 cheaper but heck I will pay extra for rechargeable.
