I'm wondering about Toptul's wrenches and sockets
Is their quality good compared to Tekton and Gearwrench.

I personally think Toptul's quality is much better than Tekton or Gearwrench. Toptul's satin finish is outstanding and I own tools from all three brands. Eric O on You Tube's South Main Auto Channel is often seen using Toptul tools in rusty New York.
To me the only drawbacks to Toptul tools are that they don't like 15 & 18 mm sizes, they don't care about US distribution, and they need to update their ratchets but, those are just my personal opinions.

I've heard that Toptul uses Stahlwille's wrench design as their template for all of their wrenches. That's a good thing considering how good Stahlwille are at making wrenches.
I've always wanted to try them out for the fun of it, but as @Fedwrench said, they don't seem interested in US distribution.

If you're talking a retail brick and mortar store the answer is NOWHERE. I do think another guy is trying to sell TOPTUL here on Garage Journal mail order as I did but I know of nowhere on either coast that has TOPTUL that you can lay your hands on. Now Fedwrench could as he's a neighbor of mine but that's sort of a special case.

Where I live it is easier to buy the Toptul tool.

We stock most of the wrenches and sockets
toptul wrenches are made by te wei industrial, lot of it te wei odm . the styles very much german elora stahlwille and facom elements but as te wei does the forgings for likes of facom it not surprising, toptul aka rotar does the finishing hence why they got so good at facom and stahlwille soft satin style finish .
You will also see teng and premier branded wrench sets that same te wei wrench product lines .

the wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, locking pliers and some general pliers all very good value good design tools .
ratchets are below par, roto heads acceptable and round head flexi okay but rest best avoided
try a few of the known gems and see how you feel with it then if like it pick a few more items that appeal to you .
can't go too far wrong if paying the lower prices of europe and asia region .
like any brand though it not all gold ...

Have a few Toptul products. Bought them from a dealer on the west coast, Oregon or Wash St. They seem to be as good or marginally better than the Tekton and Gear Wrench I've got. Don't use them every day, so I'll leave to others to comment on how they hold up with regular use. My opinion? So far, so good.
I've got some Toptul. Seems like good stuff! When you consider how much it costs, it's a real bargain.
However, I would avoid it if you're worried about having a warranty - Toptul has limited distribution in North America and a history of short-lived relationships with their dealers. That's not to say any of the dealers you buy from won't offer you a warranty, just that history would suggest they may not be around when you need to make a claim.
If you think of them as a good-quality tool at low prices without a warranty, it's still worth it in most cases. I really like the wrenches.
BTW, I've ordered from Cryer tool a couple times. Check them out! They've got excellent prices. They also carry Williams USA tools - also priced very aggressively. In fact, now that I'm thinking about it, I might need to order some more...

I have a set of deep offset wrenches, and they have been fine. I really like the satin finish.

I would say the sockets rival my snapon sockets. I was lucky enough to get some of their stuff when dnschmidt was still slinging them.

I tried to find a dealer/distributor pfhht! Then tried to order directly from taiwan, freekin state department got involved - gave up.
