Like most here I imagine, have a bin of wall warts. I've been collecting them, so to speak, for 45 years. If need one it takes a bit to untangle one, how do you store them? I was grouping them with metal binders for paper but looking to improve. I bet I've got 100 (at least..)

ps- I'm not neurotic, labeling each in a bag with Voltage,Amps, and plug mm, length of cord etc....but your choice lol.

Plastic stackable bin on a garage shelf until I find a better way to store them.
They have been lifesavers a few times, but I keep losing the adapter/charger for my Yokogawa refrigerant leak detector:(.

I have a wicker basket of them. I wrap the cords around the transformer and use an elastic or zip tie to secure it and in the bin it goes. Basket sits in a TV table.

I roll the cords and tie it, bread ties mostly. All in a box on a shelf in basemet.
Saved my azz a few times and they are worth hoarding. LED lighting projects etc... But the best save was an 18vac wart that was a perfect fit into my jump pack. That jump pack still lives on today and is 20+ years old. Had a few batts replaced but still under the cost of one replacement, let alone 4. Which is where I would be if I had not repaired it.

I used to keep them in oversized heavy duty ziploc bags. If too many to fit in one bag then think of a way to divide them up like AC or DC or more/less than 5v, etc.
My most recent decluttering they almost all were disposed of. Rare times I need one I can order one online.

What in the world do you need them all for ?? Other than a few for items that are presently in use they all go to the electronics recycling at the landfill. I have also been swapping out some wall outlets to ones that have built in USB ports to use with the phones and tablets.

Well, I've got an electronics degree and always modding, losing, or damaging one. I mean it's 1 tote full, not a room full. Like xmas, I was tired of changing batteries in 3 decorations. Lost the 3 AA's added a 5V to it,
