Its been fine, and I am considering getting another one.

im a welding inspector, so i got about 40 of them, a lot broken
I have one in my pocket daily. I got the led but I dont care for them because the head is heavy and will tilt on me, the one i like are the 36 inch long one with two inch mirror

lowes/craftman has a nice one i use alot but its only 24 inch. majority i buy from amazon, with the black handles

broken one? i bougth 50 round mirrors from amazon ($9) that i put a dap of silicon on to hold it in

I buy Ullman, Harry J Epstien (and likely others) will also sell you replacement glass which is great. Rarely do I nuke a handle unless I get the whole thing jammed up in somewhere and yank it. I prefer rectangle shaped. K-2R I believe is the number.

Husky has an LED model for < $15 with simple ballstud / screwed down strap construction. Will have to get back to you on how it lasts. It was oddly tough to find in the store.

I have already ordered a new one.

@brownbagg - The bulk mirrors would be great. Excellent suggestion. Send me a couple of yours! ;-)

@2ndGearRubber - for the cost of the OEM replacement glass, I didnt see the advantage. Might as well buy a new one.

@ChevyEFI - Ill check that out, thanks.

If you can buy a 5 pack of glass, you can save about a dollar vs a new unit. I break a lot of glass. LOL.

But yes, for non destructive use glass is hardly economical when you can get a new unit for 40% more.
