Spent all day in the garage wrestling the hub.
Had plenty of large bolts, but not matching nuts. But I did have my homemade Dana seal installer (all thread). So I drilled out the hub flange big enough to accept the large all thread. Then wrenched on it with my largest pipe wrench. Took a LOT of muscle with no results. Finally saw a small “crack” where the hub and knuckle met. PROGRESS!!!!! Sprayed liberally with MORE PB blaster, hit the opposing side of the hub with my purse, wrench, hit, wrench, hit, rinse repeat. Finally got it off.
Had to call it a day, as I have other stuff to attend to unfortunately. But, such as it is, I cannot finish until the replacement bolt arrives in a couple/few days. So I sprayed down the inner knuckle/hub race with PB BLASTER for it to soak for one more night. Tomorrow, I’ll clean up with a wire wheel and sand paper. This surface is getting SMEARED with anti seize! Hahahahaha
Now time to start laundry, make dinner, and take a shower! My body is SORE!
