I still remember where I got each one. Sometimes I wish I never put them on my box, but some of them have a lot of meaning behind them and have some sentimental value. The Blues Brothers sticker used to be on my Uncle's Snap On Taco Box that he had when he worked at Potamkin Datsun in Manhattan. John Belushi came in and purchased a brand new Datsun Z and he signed these for everyone. My uncle gave me the tool box but unfortunately I had to sell it 20+ years ago due to lack of space at the time (I still know where the box is and want to try to get it back). You can still kind of see the autograph but I pretty much ruined the decal trying to remove it. Oh well better than nothing and I love the story behind it. Excuse the piss poor lighting at the shop. My trusty Craftsman which has served me well and has not gotten me chewed out by HR (amazingly).

My Kennedy chest (these are magnets instead of stickers) that’s been waiting to go to work but I just haven’t had the time to move out the Craftsman at the shop. I think I have Elvira and something Chicago themed on every box I own. 😁

I know not everyone is into stickers and stuff on their personal boxes...
I'm one of those that will not put stickers on my tool boxs, but I do have a grey Craftsman top chest with stickers on it...involuntarily.

While working up in Cleveland at a shop where we made robotic seam welders, I finally got to the point to where I could take a break instead of fixing some of my rookie mistakes. Welp, leadman got happy with the Brady wire label printer and decided to label by drawers for me; By the various sizes, color, and models of *** toys, thus no pictures I'm willing to post. One day, one of the kids will ask about the labels and I can't wait for THAT discussion.

I don't know why I worry about re-sale value of the boxes but stickers hurt me just once on the one and only trade in; I ain't trading in boxes anymore. I only got roughly 40% of it's value when I'd get about 80% if I took the time to remove them myself. Most of my stickers that come with purchased products I love enough to stick on something are on the refrigerators.

I see some aVe and South Main Auto stickers, love it!

I have hundreds of stickers. I do not like any of them on my toolboxes. SO, I buy that fridge magnet sheet material at STAPLES. I put the magnetic sheet material on the stickers. This way I can remove or change out as I feel. I gave a bunch of stickers away. I think stickers make an ugly mess. I have one "T" shirt with a vintage SnapOn tool truck on it. I do not wear "T" shirts.

It may be ADHD, but I take my stickers and put them on a magnetic sheet, cut them out and then put them on the box. And I can move them around as I get new ones.

Ive never heard of that before but its a cool idea.
I figure I dont plan on selling my boxes. so I'll let them have character. If life happens so be it.

You are definitely not wrong. But post them anyways. Lol. For "educational" purposes.
