For some reason the item has been removed. Was curious so I tried the link and it didn't load anything but the name so I went to the app and found it there. Brought up the error trying to actually see the listing.
Maybe he was running an alt to push the price up? Hasn't been 90 days so that's pretty much the only thing I can imagine happening.
