All workspaces below 265 squarefeet.
30x42x16 with a temp apartment inside. Has a ******* and sink plus another room with shower, sink and washer/dryer. A bedroom and a living room/kitchenette.
Floor heat. 12x14ft doors.
House to be built in the new year... or two... or three. And then a cabin or two for rentals. On about 4.5 acres

Just need to clean up the house for it to be sold and move ~12 years worth of stuff.Congrats!
Planning for the house to be something like this. Probably 2 bed, 2 bath and a basement designed that it can be living space as well.
