nice sloppy 2nds score. I think that would be a lifetime supply for me.
For the record I did Share one batch in the thread @$50ish, and my first batch was same price. $41 was too hard to pass up. Not lifetime supply for me but I am good for a Long time now. When its cheep I tend to use it for things I wouldn't have before. It does clean certain tings well, air hoses, extension cords, wipe down toolbox and lift etc... Even just hand tools, makes the Milwaukee cordless pretty again

No kidding. Once you order one tool with minimal shipping of $20 to US, any additional tools shipping increase is minimal. I then reason that I should take advantage of minimal incremental shipping cost and soon enough, you order more tools than planned (favorable yen to usd contribute to this as well). Combined that with GJ forum with all the cool Japanese brands and tools being posted, you’ll be in trouble. Very dangerous.
Haha yup, 100% correct! That's exactly what I end up doing too & I'm sure we're not the only ones!

Maybe if I loaded it into a Sureshot I would use WD40 more. It did manage to strip the white lettering off my milwaukee tools. Not sure if that matters to you.

Trailer moving tool, hopefully this will make moving trailers around a little easier with the tractor. It actually seems like a nice piece of chinesium, pretty well made for 130$.

FWIW, despite their similarities and the pretty obvious fact that most if not all of Harbor Freight's claims were true, Hiball, GJ's best authority on all things jacks, had an inside peak and noted in a post here on GJ there are some internal differences in seals and such that will likely make the Snap-on more reliable and last longer IIRC.

Did anyone ever strip a FJ200/300? I looked last time the jack thread bubbled up and didn’t see any info on what they’re like internally, just a lot of supposition.

Fwiw, my fj300 is great.

What sort of projects do you need the 12" bits for?
I have a few larger bits, diameter wise, that I have used when remodeling the house.....old home larger beams.

Think of them as extensions for a ratchet and socket...times where the drill may not fit in a tight spot.

Besides, they are factory blems and each bit was $1.29/ea.

The torx screws holding my armrest on were slightly too deep for my torx sockets, so I got these Eklind bright torx L-keys to get at them. Fit was very tight, I was impressed. Hoping these will be more rust resistant than my black oxide stuff, just can't seem to keep anything black oxide nice.

Loving my .22LR screwdriver insert bit box setup.
So I took the idea a step further for 2” power bits using a .223 box.
I used clear vinyl tubing as reducers to get the sizing perfect, which also eliminated much of the rattle, and provides comfortable spacing for easy bit removal.
Very happy with the result.
Most of the bits are new.

I've "needed" some sort of bolt cutters for a while, but I always "made do" with what I had. Last weekend I had to cut a steel cage out from around one of our trees, as the tree had grown into it. The tree isn't tall so I had to lie down on the ground and crawl to get underneath. Oh, and it's a rock garden around the tree. I went at it with a close quarters hacksaw I have. The normal hacksaw was too big. I have a corded rotary tool and a corded angle grinder, but I didn't think it a good idea given my position and all the branches. So to cut to the chase I ordered this Gedore Bolt cutter for next time I suppose. As If I had this last weekend that job would have been really quick and painless.

First Gedore tool, first Austrian made tool for me. Feels solid. Tested in on a screw and a nail and it went through them easily. The price seemed good on Amazon. I think the current ones have a blue handle though.

Sloppy seconds Hose reel for $50ish
****** hose but reel is sweet. 1/2in 50ft. Thought the SKF logo on the Lincoln was odd, didn't know. SKF used to make good German bearings.
And it's already installed.

Astro hose picks (fantastic feeling tools @Astro_Pneumatic_Tools ), Snap-On long hose pick, hub scrubber, and 8 inch needle nose, also swapped a 1/4" ratchet to a 1/4" bit driver.

Going to hopefully go on an ASTRO buying spree soon for a friends son who just started in the auto repair industry at a local dealership. Have never been disappointed in their products.

Picked this up at Lowes today for an upcoming project. I never expected big box hardware stores to sell jacks.

My truck came with a screw type bottle jack, I've never actually used a bottle jack to lift a vehicle though. Is it safe? Just seems sketchy AF to me.

Ooooh, NICE!

I've been eyeballing the $900 TopDon Pheonix that ScannerDanner has been pitching lately. Haven't seen the 'Phoenix Plus" though. I see now it's apparently been available on other places like Amazon but it just says "coming soon" on the TopDon website. lol

FFS.... a while back I lost a screwdriver that disappeared when we had some contractors in... feared the worst.

It was a stubby CK HD Classic #2 Ph, hard to find in the US.

Bought a Tekton to replace it

Then I found a CK just like the one I lost on Ebay & bought it...

Today I found the missing screwdriver in the ShitBox Honda, so now I have three stubby #2 Ph screwdrivers.

I'm not sure if I ever used a bottle jack by choice as the primary lift device more so because my vehicles' lift points aren't really designed for them. Adding a piece of wood just adds to the sketchiness factor. Leveling stuff on a solid flat concrete floor and in the hydraulic press seem like the best usage for bottle jacks. Was using a scissor jack for a while which was slightly less sketchy and then decided another floor jack was the way to go.
