I am really like the design of this one due to the bottom basket, but the pricing is rough. It appears to be from China, so I am curious who’s making it for Snap-On. Any ideas?

Thank you.

Damn, 660? That’s way too much for what it is, my coworker bought that from snappy a couple of weeks ago, but he only paid 275, I only know that because I was on the truck when he got it, took a lot of haggling and s*it talking to get it down to that price, I think mr snappy was wanting 475$

It's easy to add a lip to an over-bed table.

That's a nice solution.
But I don't like the idea of the bolt heads since it would likely be used around automobiles. Flat head screws countersunk in the metal band lip.
I might even go as far as adding a rubber bumper round it too.

Home use? Bunch of brands on amazon/ebay make the equivalent of the bluepoint tray. The SO with the crank is nice in a professional bay as it cranks up quite high and low quickly

I use the Gearwrench tray and like it a lot. Does not fold.

I've got that tray as well and love it. I did however modify it with new casters which have brakes on them.

I have used the ADT 7012 version for years. Much cheaper too at about $125 on EBay.
Mine does not have the small drawer which has been added in later years.

After a few years of use I did have caster problems and that is my one complaint. The stock casters are too small and not very good quality so they don't roll all that well. After several years of use one caster failed. I almost threw the entire thing away but found 4 much better used casters on EBay and with the larger diameter wheels it works WAY better!

Operating room instrument tables have a lip, but only good for about 20lbs
Yeah, I think I need more weight capacity than that. 50-75 lbs would be a comfortable range.

$660 seems absurdly high. I can see $4-500 with a Snap-On premium, but $660 seems like highway robbery, especially for an import from China.

How about this one from K-Tool. Think it comes in a couple colors

ATD Tools makes one as well:
From my research, I think the ATD/Sunex/K-Tool ones are coming from the same supplier in China. The OEM 24960 is a bit different since it doesn't have the drawer.

The Gearwrench one must be built specifically for them since I cannot find another one elsewhere. It also has 3" casters, which is not common for the $100-150 carts.

The OEMTools 24634 and Omega 97531 appear to use the same layout and design, but with some minor feature differences. The Omega model uses 3" casters (versus OEMTools' 2") and also has holes for prybars. Omega also doesn't use the thread inserts for fastening the casters.

Kinda leaning towards the Omega cart at the moment. I do like the permanent dividers and the larger casters, but $250 still seems a bit steep.

Could easily modify this to add a little drawer under the tray and fab up a small parts/tool basket on the lower frame. And the price is pretty nice IMO.
