Got these in a job lot at the auction house. Came with some large hose clamps. The 6" swivel damper is obviously HVAC but I can't say that I have ever seen an HVAC check valve and that is all I can think that the other things might be. You're looking at front and back on the similar sizes.

Back corner right is obvious a damper as you know. The other stuff look like they may prevent over-pressurization. . . Like a blow off valve.

Also moving to the HVAC sub forum. The guys here will probably be able to answer your question.

Look like damper parts and damper sealing gaskets from either a fan terminal or a variable air volume box. These are use in commercial office buildings that take medium pressure air running a minimum of 1" at the furthest box. Each box has its own thermostat and is computer control energy management.

I found some other silicone parts that are labeled with a company that distributes hospital tube pneumatic tube systems. Dampers for those systems maybe?
