Have a few sockets that look fairly old but aren't marked with a manufacturer.

A 1/2" drive 11/16" socket marked D-1222-1

4 1/4" drive sockets of the same style. 1 is 12 point, 3 are 8 point.

Going to sell these if they are of interest to anybody, but would like to be able to say what they are.

Does anyone recognize these early, 1/2", unmarked, cold-broached drive tools. Nothing found on Alloy Artifacts or Garage Journal. Not an exact match to early Duro/Indestro, Snap On, S-K, or Bay State.

Fixed breaker bar is 10.5.

Sockets marked like this -25/32- below the knurling.

Sizes shown: 16/16, 7/8, 25/32, 21/32, 5/8, 19/32

Maybe a mass-produced gov't contract item for WW2?
