You have more paint that some auto part stores!
I keep 3-4 cans of primer and gloss black on hand and that's about it.
For stuff like that I spray in a gun. I keep rattle can on hand for quick touch ups or stuff that isn't worth putting real paint on.
I tip plastic milk crates on their sides, set it on the shelf, and lay cans on their sides inside the crate. Lets me store them easily, quickly identify the color/cap, I can grab a can without tipping over the ones in front of it on the shelf, and the sediment settles on the side of the can rather than the bottom, so it's easier to mix.
I could use your rack for carb cleaner, brake cleaner and penetrating oil though!
