Pleasant warranty experience

So I have a pair of Irwin-Visegrip automatic wire strippers, that I had broke the wire stop on. They had been like that for some time and it really doesn't affect using them. I decided to message customer support at Irwin seeing if they had a replacement stopper available. They replied back asking for a picture and an address. 4 days later I have a new pair of strippers. I wasn't asking for a new pair and they didn't ask for the old ones to be sent back in. Your mileage my vary with Irwin, but I'm happy.

Now that they are no longer owned by Rubbermade-Newell there seems to be some hope for Irwin. I really liked their NWS pliers but that couldn't last forever.

I had it with SK lately.Was with a 10mm x frame ratcheting wrench locked up.Did it online submitting a picture of it.I recieved a new ratcheting wrench delivered to me on Saturday by Fedex.
