Moved box today, it fell over in the van. Yaaaaaaaaaay, i get to do some bodywork on Monday. :( *sigh*
Hate to hear that. My first Macsimizer fell over once and what a mess. I had moved my box into my new shop and just sat it in a bay. The floor had a slight taper where the box was sitting. I opened the box to get a screwdriver and left it open overnight. The drawers creeped open overnight and I came it to a complete disaster.

About a year ago we were moving it fully-loaded and it fell out the back of the van we were putting it into, it fell about 2' and landed on its side. This time we were round a bend, heard a hell of a bang behind us and found it'd falled over. The bottom of the side box has buckled sheetmetal, the lid has two new dents and one friction slide for the bottom drawer is now helical. Nothing a vice, some waterpumps, block of wood and a big hammer can't fix. :)

The after shot will come on Monday.

After 3 years of working and being skint, it's time to save a little. There's a few things here and there, but i won't be spending like i used to. I got most everything i need.

I'm in the phase that you just got out of. A LOT of ebaying and garage sales and craigslist.

Congrats - my hope for you is that it be high paying and hassle free.
And yes - I am aware that would be considered a miracle.
I'm still hoping though

Thanks. :)

The pay is better than what i got anywhere else, and after 3 months i get a review and a pay rise based on ability/performance. So i'm not complaining, grateful to have a job and be going to work at a nice shop with nice people. :)

Moose, where are you from? I live in the USA but I'm originally from Scotland.
I haven't heard the word "skint" in quite a while.

Yeah, right!:spit: You'll get to working around other people, see what they've been buying and then the wheels will start turning!

Well, most everything i need but not nearly what i want.. The shop owner obviously didn't believe me when i told him how big the box was when i went for the interview. When we got it there yesterday he looked at all the stuff and said "You've got enough here to run your own shop..."
