I need help finding a +36" >5drawer, lift open lid, tool cart.
Easy enough right? LOL.
My biggest ask is, i want the top lid access to the top deep drawer.
Extreme Tools is the only company I can find, that have this top drawer access to underlid tools. But just not the right combination between these 2 boxes.

Why do you want this design? I've never been able to understand why anyone would want to lose the deep top till area for a drawer. Thanks in advance,

Doesn't exist other than what you've found, and IMO makes the flip top useless.

I need this to home under one end of my workbench. 70/30 split being mobile to other parts of the garage or driveway projects. I want to clear 2or3 drawers from my main box. With sockets the #1 go to, i'd like to still be able to access them without rolling it out.

I'd just find a smaller roll cab honestly. Eliminate the flip top and gain some workspace in the process.

Yeah, that is the worst design possible for the majority of tool cart buyers. I’d hope that there aren’t too many more on the market like that.

I was hoping to open a drawer for a socket on a quick project (like my current socket drawer in the bigbox) VS flip up mode when car side for full access, to migrate those from the bigbox for other stuff. As much as I'd like to just have duplicates of frequently used tools, I've got a small shop so I'm trying to maximize my storage.

I already have a 2tier poly cart for big parts and tool catcher. Ultimately, I still want the mobility of a tool cart for driveway jobs.

I'm trying to figure why it is the worst design possible?
Maybe im to distracted how it would work best for me to see how it would work against the majority of other tool cart buyers. If your a flip open tool cart guy its the same.

The whole purpose of a flip top is for the deep top til. If you don’t need this top til then why not just go with a roller like recommended above and probably save some money. For instance in my flip top I have my pry bars stored vertical along with screwdrivers and impact sockets

For sure I want the fliptop when its mobile, it will be open to have all of the above at the ready. I just want it to be just as useful when its stored under my benchtop for socket access, all the long vertical storage will already be duplicates from the larger box next to it.

As you've pointed out, it seems to be the only cart you've seen like this AND it suits your needs. Seems like you were made for each other :ROFLMAO:

The only downside to this cart is you lose real-estate because the flip top bottom is a drawer bottom. If it works for you go for it. What you want it for makes sense. I've never seen one until now.
