Custom foam inserts

So I am in discussions with Snap On for equipping our shop with good quality tools since they're the approved vendor. They are working with us on a complete kit that would be custom foam inserts in a box. The problem being that box is ungodly expensive and I could cut the quote almost in half by just getting the tools instead of the whole package. Does anyone know if someone makes the foam inserts that would work in a HF US General box or a Menard's special? I am sure the Snappy box is better quality, but I can't justify that big a price hike to the powers that be. Thanks guys.

I think theres other companies boxes that will do just fine
and save $$.

Professionally done foam is a thing of beauty. But, it limits future expand ability or changes to the tools. Does that matter to you, or will this be one kit to rule them all...perpetually (or at least until you buy another one) If that matters to you, there may be merit to buying the foam and cutting it out in-house. do you have that ability, or does it have to be outsourced?
