Garage’s attic conversion

Hi Everyone, I’m looking for someone who can guide me or do the job of converting my garage’s attic to a storage space. Basically changing residential common truss to attic truss. The garage is 2 car garage. I live in St, Augustine, FL. Your response is much appreciated!! Anyone looking for these kind of work, please respond.

this is not an easy project
the spider web of interior braces in a normal truss are needed for strength
you cannot just remove them

if you cannot find a way to work around them you will have to rebuild your roof

Can we do as per this video? Is there some near Jacksonville/ St. Augustine who did this kind of thing?

And you're in a hurricane zone with high wind speeds, this is probably one of those times to pay a structural engineer for an hour or two of consult time to determine if such an effort is structural feasible...then if so figure out if it's financially feasible.
