Garage door has R10, worth adding more?

I have a 16x8 DoorLink 3610 which appears to have R10.25. Is it worth adding more insulation to this door, like a foil type? It is metal backed already with horizontal bracing.

Insulation questions without location info and how it's currently performing won't go well.

Info on the rest of the structure, exposure, and hvac are all helpful too

Good point! Minnesota, so -40 to 110 degrees. North facing garage opening, 20x42 (tandem). Infloor heating but only in the back 20x20 portion. It takes a long time to heat up but it's infloor and only 1/2 the garage. The ceiling is a mix of R40 and r19. I'm going to address the r19 part but it will require a false floor built on top of what's up there (storage trusses)

How are the walls insulated? How is the air sealing? Dealing with those, if they need it, will do a lot more than adding insulation to the door. R10 is already pretty good and it must be a thick door.

Getting the attic better insulated will make a much bigger difference than anything you could do to the door. That's where I would focus my energy. R19 is completely inadequate and r40 isn't terrible, but it's not enough

The attic is first on the list. I'm making a parts list and taking a few days off to do it all, just wanted to make sure I have all the parts to utilize my time. I already have attic insulation and new door seals figured out. Walls are 2x6 so r19 there.

Doesn't sound like garage door is worth focusing on for what I have.

A radiant barrier would likely have little to no effect on a northern exposure anyway.

Are the door hinges tight? Especially when they get hit with wind, the door can bow in and let air through gaps. Hinges with springs can help hold it lore solid if that's an issue

I'd have a good look at the door seals too. We're in climate zone 7A, design temp is -35 C. Our 16x32 loading bay with radiant heat could not keep up with heat loss at -20 C (-4 F). I have data from the radiant system in this thread after the seals on just one overhead door were replaced:
