I've been on the hunt for another vise for about a year now. The 5 inch Reed I have is fantastic but it's just way too much tool for most of my jobs. Yesterday I came across a guy who had an old Prentiss for sale. The thing was in spectacular shape and the 3 1/2" jaws were a good dowsize from my Reed. I got it home and a little PB Blaster and some axle grease has this thing smooth as butter. I've just been sitting here with my Pabst Blue Ribbon and staring at it :drool:
