Been a while since I've posted some updates. Picked up a 2016 GTI with the 6 speed manual last week. Working to detail the car right now to make it perfect. Picked up some new tools as well that I'm hoping to post pictures of later this week.

Small engines are a pain to keep running. I am sticking with Stihl but wouldn't hesitate to buy Echo either.

I've been focusing on my house and enjoying the weather as of late, but was able to finish my recycling bin hanger. Turned out pretty well.

Only issue I have with my garage is that the previous owner made it with an 8' ceiling. I can't even keep a ladder in there without issues.

I don't understand the concept of drive on lifts. Most of the time I need to take tires off when using my lift.

It's a great car and I've had zero issues with it. Waiting to see what will happen with the dieselgate recall as they might purchase it back. I wouldn't recommend getting a TDI unless you do the maintenance yourself. The oil changes and larger service intervals cost anywhere from $400-800 for...
