Just saw this. Dad has an air nibbler, not sure of the brand, but have used it to cut aluminum sheet and computer cases. Same problem would occur- chips getting the head stuck. Usually just took pliers to pull the cutting head down or up and would clear the jam.
This was done at my parent's current house. I did not see how it was done, but it was lifed about 12 inches. Looks as tho they cut the 4 posts and added in a certain length and welded the posts back together.
I'd give my first born to have a working garage like that. Plenty of tools and floor-space and a lift. Crawling on the cold concrete driveway in winter isn't fun.
Bought the trailer from my cousins who built it with their dad I believe.

Next was the LED lighting all around.
Then added expanded metal sides and front.
Then I made a rear...
Any special buffer wheel used for this? Think something like the Mothers PowerBall would work? (used this on 4wheeler rims and it was night and day diff)
