Picked up the 4 ton Daytona jack from HF, but forgot to take the coupon for the freebie.

Anybody recognize this vise? No identification on it anywhere I can tell. It seems reasonably well made. Jaws are 6-3/8" wide. The mounting holes are a 6-1/2" x 10-1/2" rectangle.

I have some of these screw pin shackles with a mark I'm unfamiliar with. The "M" inside of a circle. I can't seem to find anything online - or can't search correctly. Does anyone know who the manufacturer of this shackle is?

I may try to straighten them, I suppose taking them off the trailer has to be done no matter what. The trailer itself does have support legs. They're not on the ramps, but under the dovetail.
