Don't know if it would fit or not, but I bought some husky ratcheting wrenches that are straight. The only draw back is that they are thick. Maybe to thick to where you need to get to.

From all the help I've received and what I've been instructed is that with a runoff ditch going down the right side of the shop and behind the retaining wall the runoff from the neighbors house would run that way. Also I'm going to have to put a drain running along the front edge of the building...
