THANKS, Lubeing the door and spindle was the solution, i though my wife tried that but i guess not. thanks for the repys.

There is no chain it's on a spindle but I'll lube it again, the noise seemed to appear overnight

Hi guys, Ive had my door installed fo 10 years, its recently become very noiesy. you can see from the youtube video its not jumping and very loud, any sugestions?
