What version of rustoleum was this?

I am thinking about putting a clear onto my concrete. I like the look of the concrete, but want a clear on it. Any thoughts or pics? Does it hold up in a garage setting? Sort of like the floors in your local Lowes/Home depot. Looks wet, but not... THanks!

Can you put this over a stone base (like to fill a pot hole)? for example, fill a pothole with stone, and this on top?
