I would do a line x liner in it. I had my truck done when it was new back in 01 and its the only thing on it not rusted out now :( 😞 I have a couple small spots I've damaged dragging **** around but overall a great product

Glad you got it done. It's things like this that you just don't get with cheap off shore products and service after the sale with actual people and info to help

Can't remember how much I bled off. Mine is an old system II only 6,000lb capacity since its for the RX7 and have low ceiling clearances to work with.

It sounds like the safety valve is engaged and not letting the fluid return to the pump/ reservoir. I had similar happen to my mohawk and I bled some fluid off and then bumped the pump a bit to unseat the valve. It has never repeated the problem bit it was my first time testing the lift as well

You could also look at mohawk lifts they only have a hydraulic line from post to post instead of the cables

As much as you dislike the idea if selling the jeep ( beautiful btw...) seeing it fall apart and rust from underneath will be much much worse and lose more of your time and hard work not to mention the money. I would keep it inside the garage and park the daily outside or find alternate storage...

This is one ofmy rx7s on Mohawk at full height the low side wall is 10' it was planned for this bay. My charger won't go all the way but it's close

With that many miles on everything I would just put it back together with minimal hard parts and start looking for a lower mile used engine. The LS is tolerant of dumb stuff (look how much power is made with stock parts under boost) and they are so plentiful they can be purchased in running...

I installed occupancy switches in my closets and pantry at home because wife and daughter would leave them on and I highly recommend them for your aggravation level of set and forget.

I had a similar issue with my small system and hvac tech condemned it but I watched the pressures and concluded a txv issue and replaced it 3 years ago with no further isssues

Dumb question but is the aux port being activated? Can't remember but I think it's the left stick that will move side to side and will sometimes stick if not used regularly maybe it's engaged and the relief is doing its job to save you. I vaugly remember something like that with my unit and...
