You can see in the picture, but there is a man door just around the corner from the smaller door...

I think i will go with the 8foot doors after all, the only reason I was thinking of eliminating the smaller garage door was the fact that I wanted to set up my little sitting area/work bench in that corner, away from vehicles etc...

Define "scissor truss". Im kinda new to this garage thing and am by no means a carpenter. What would the advantage or scissor trusses be? And I was thinking of adding a few skylights...

Around $8700.00 from Home Hardware... I will be having someone frame/roof it, and I am hoping to do all the finishing work myself.

The lumber is premium, I believe it will be 2x4 studs but I can upgrade them to 2x6. I am thinking about eliminating the 9x7 door and replace it with a window and use that side of the shop for my bikes etc...

Below is an image of the garage I want. It comes in a package deal from my local hardware store up here in Ontario Canada. 36x28, 1 7x9 insulated door, 1 16x7 insulated door, 1 man door and 2 fair size windows. The package deal comes with everything for a fully complete garage except insulation...
