I just looked through my sockets and found six S-K Chrome. When were they marked chrome or was S-K Chrome a higher grade than the others?

So, around 1950 Plomb stopped being marked PLOMB? I pick up plomb stuff often just because they're old. I just joined the forum and man am I glad to know I'm not alone with this old tool affliction! I've stumbled into some pretty cool S-K finds too.
