I recently bought an old farm that hasn’t been farmed in years but this is one the things here and I was curious if anybody knew some info about it.

Gas or electric water heaters are good. It all depends on what utilities are more expensive. You’re probably better off going electric if you are doing it yourself. Personally I would get a combi boiler that heats your water and also heats your garage. But that’s alittle more expensive

Probably your best bet is to put a layer that covers everything of self levelling concrete and then put epoxy down over that. But if it’s cracked bad then it will possible crack again because of either foundation issues or there were no relief cuts

Here’s my vlchek auto wrench

After looking into the international harvester wrenches I saw a wrench that also was in the bucket. Might make sense if it was with the other wrench.

I bought a bucket of old tools from a garage sale and one of the tools was this wrench and I was wondering if anybody had an idea of who made this and when. It’s in pretty rough shape so I can’t see any stamps or inscriptions on it.
