    How much water needed to mix with each concrete bag?

    I'm looking to pour a small foundation/slab for a privy that I'm building up north at my land. Only problem is finding water. I have to haul all my water in 55 gallon drums. So the question is exactly how much water am I going to need? Will be pouring .37cuyd's, or approximately 23 60lb bags...
