My press is custom built , I added a HF cable winch to the side to raise and lower the press deck. Picked up a set of 1/2 drive deep impact sockets from HF to use with it for bearings , bushings , etc .Add a bearing separator. Got some heavy wall c- channel at the scrap yard to use as risers.
Instead of storing them this way use a wide cabinet about 24 inch deep , put them in flat,against the back . a shelf or two above for smaller. You may have to put different sizes in front of each other but it only takes a second to,grab what you need. I work in the moving and storage industry ...
You could design the frame with some built in cut outs to let the straps slide out or simply empty the box , remove top drawer and lift with fork lift via removed drawer slot .
My main box is parked with shims under front casters to make sure drawers stay closed. Probably weighs 2500 loaded. Only time it moves is if I move to a new house. I have several shop carts for moving around.
