I got these for my shop and garage. My garage is 24x24 10ft ceiling. I have 6 of them in there. They are awesome. I had to install 2 outlets where the old light fixtures were, but other than that they are easy to install (I just screwed them flat to the ceiling).

Thank you, I'm in Northern part of South Carolina, South of Charlotte, NC.
I've seen the 220v electric heaters at northern tool that you can hang up that I've thought about getting, but it might be a waste since its not insulated.

Had the small kerosene heater on last night for about an hour, turned it off walked inside and then just walked out there today and found this.. a bunch of water drops on my metal roof.
I'm not sure what to do here because I don't want it to happen again, I have fixed all the water leaks coming...
I think the fiberglass insulation is prone to mold in metal buildings like mine. Would r-tech foam sheets be a better option?

Thank you, so you're suggesting use 1x4 for the vertical ends on the shop framing correct?
And I will be welding in the shop and have heard not to use fiberglass insulation if I were to weld..

I havent planned on it, just due to funds at the moment. What would you suggest? I've seen foam board used before and spray foam, which is out of my price range. I thought about just doing the back wall right now for framing.

I took some pictures to explain better..
First three pictures are what I thought about doing, screwing the studs into the framing..
Second set is what Clogger thought, I believe..
Third is showing my shop framing, 5 ft apart.
I just have a lot of clutter on the ground, like chainsaws...
Thanks for the replies. I went to do like a french cleat system. I want to see more of my stuff so I can access it much easier. I've never dealt with metal studs before, also if I wanted to attach my way how would I anchor it to floor, or would I need to just build the framing on the outside of...
I'm looking for ideas to make some studded walls in my carport shop. The metal framing beams are 5 ft apart, it's a 24x30 shop. I just need to use some wall space and I'm having trouble since its metal siding and metal framing.
I thought about 2x4 studs basically framing in between each metal...
