Update....last night I scrubbed the floor with simple green and lemon soft scrub and it looked a lot better....this morning I rented the diamabrush and ground the floor and then pressure washed it real slow with max pressure and it looks even better....so I'm going with it after it dries out for...

Trying to prep my floor for epoxy and I have degreased with Zep and acid etched but it's still there.....any ideas?
