awesome thanks! i am thinking 9' as it will give me a bit more room i dont plan to put a lift and just thought it would feel a bit bigger then only having 8'

i will be building in London Ontario, i never planned for a lift as i thought you would need a much higher ceiling than 9' and i did not want to go higher. if i go 9' wall with 4/12 roof i will be under the 13' building code for only being 2' away from property line. Thanks for the info...
