1656 Sq ft of floor as described is approx 31 yards of concrete, probably more with a thickened edge around the outer edges. Don’t forget the cost of fill for the base as it will be about the same amount.

If the concrete is abrasive or gritty in texture rather than smooth power troweled and it absorbs smaller amounts of water rather than cause it to pool or run off, you should be good...
Scotty, can you elaborate on what the process would be.
I thought I read that some densifers (ghost shield) would prevent use of almost all topical sealers.
If hd39 allows for topical sealers later on, it might help me buy time until I can pick which sealer to use in my space.
