Do you have a Menards in your area? Are you a DIY'er? Total project on mine was under $700. They also have a 45k btu. However for $50 more I'd go with the 75k. Mounts to the ceiling, up and out of the way...

90% efficient furnace - What to do with condensate runoff?

Just a Idea. Core drill a hole, or hammer chisel a hole in the concrete. Dig a hole into the earth as deep as you can go. Put a PVC pipe with holes all round/ over it. Put pipe in the hole. Put a metal grate over it. Let it drain in there. 3-5 gallons a day the ground should absorb it...

    Hot Dawg 75K Fault Code

Yes. They are open/closed. Normally is has to be in the closed state. Can "test" by jumping the 2 wires together. Roll out switch shuts down unit when is gets HOT, like open flame and over time. Opens the contacts. Some you can reset with push button, some are just one time use

    Hot Dawg 75K Fault Code

Roll out switch is bad, unless you have a hole in your tube letting flames out. Go to youtube and type in roll out switch. Easy to replace 2 Phillips screws and 2 push on wire connectors.
