Bigger... 40x60 is not enough

When button is pushed, it does nothing, except the garage light on the opener, comes on. Sensor are lit up, and look to be performing correctly. I will have to dig up a manual, and see if it sheds some light. Thanks!!

This started about 3 weeks ago.... sometimes the opener will not open the door, either with remote, or hardwired button. Come back later, and it works fine. Opener came new with the house, so is only 7yrs old. Any ideas on a fix?

Neighbor just called... said her water was dirty, and what did I do. LOL I told her that I did nothing, but that ours was working fine, and was not dirty. She calls back a few minutes later, she had called the water supplier and they were working on a water leak. That would explain the "no...

Well, full water pressure is restored. Unless something else arises, the problem is fixed.

Wife woke up this morning, we had no water. A few mintues later, there was all this noise in the pipes... now water pressure is back to normal. WTF?

Thought so too, as we just installed one a few months ago, but I took the filter out, so there is no restriction there.

PRV is adjustable. I put a gauge on the house bib, and it measures 55psi. Pressure is correct, when you turn the water on, but goes down quickly, after that.

Our water pressure in our house has dropped to almost nothing. There is not a leak, as the meter is not running when everything is off. The water supply for our subdivision is on a closed system (whatever that means). We have a pressure releaving valve at the street, and an hot water...

I have an hd9xw, and I put my F350 CC 4x4 dually on my lift regularly. I had it weighed, and it was 8200lbs. Lifts it with no problem, although it does move a bit slower than if it was lifting my Taurus SHO. :D

I have the same problem with mine, and then the one they replaced it with a year later. There is shotty workmanship on the fabrication, that, on mine, if it had been done correctly, would fit perdectly. I just live with it not sliding well.

Only $480... I would rather have it up and going in a short time. This way the lift is up and going right away. My free time is very precious, and very little, so if it cost me a little more to spare some of that, then so be it. Now, if the ram would have been $900, then I would have been...
