    Replace Breakers due to age?

What's garbage about the panel? Is a fire hazard like the FP panels? I can replace the beakers Eaton BR units at reasonable cost. Should i replace the remaining breakers due to the issues I had with the others? Or would it be ok to replace as needed? Trying to get this thread back on...

    Replace Breakers due to age?

I have a 200A General Switch mains panel in my house, probably dating back to around 1979. I have already replaced two breakers due to frequent tripping (well below rated current) and flickering on a lighting circuit. One of them had what appeared to be arcing/ carbon tracking on buss...

    Wiring Connectors for Trailer Lighting

Crimp only with adhesive heat shrink. Soldering creates hard spots which will fatigue under high vibration situations. Crimping is the preferred method by aerospace, medical and industrial applications. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Micrometer Recommendations

I have no Idea how much they cost (work set), but mitutoyo makes a 0-1" digital mic that switches from standard to metric with a button. It's more than a manual one but less than buying both a standard and metric.

    CNC Question - E-stop wiring

Two questions here... Why would you want to stop both in the middle of a cut? We use feed hold then turn off the spindle and the reverse when starting again. Starting and stopping both simultaneously damages the tool. What kind of machine comes without a hardwired e stop? Sent from...

    what is your home heating

I have a propane boiler with a combination of radiant and baseboard heat. For the last two years I have primarily used my pellet stove. It works out nicely I save several thousand each year vs using the boiler. Ideally I would like to have a pellet boiler that would feed from a large hopper...
