what brought you over to the dark side ?

When I was working under the instrument panel of a Piper Warrior I realized the snap on 4 way angle wrench would be 10x better than working with my craftsman RP wrench. Just recently got a snap on 1/4 drive snap on ratchet, now I need a 3/8 drive, so it has begun!

    File brands

Looking for a file set with different files, flat, half round, round, etc. Wanting to know some recommendations on some good American made files. I've seen the Nicholson files on Amazon, but noticed in the reviews people say they aren't American made anymore. Thanks for any input!

How much do you use 1/2" drive sockets?

I only have one 1/2" drive socket in my box, a 7/8" deep and that is only used to break the spark plugs loose off of aircraft engines and torque the plugs when installing.

I lock my box after the work day is done. When I go on break and eat lunch I put all my tools away that I have out and don't lock it.

anyone ever have failures with craftsman boxes???

I had the same thing happen to me with my 26 in craftsman bottom and top chest, but luckily I was able to catch it before it fell down. It actually bent the square base of the wheel. When I put a new wheel on I noticed there was a torque value stamped on the bottom, do you know if your...

A&P's......What kind of light are you using??

Looks like you have already made your decision, but I will just throw my 2 cents into the pot: I have the LED Lenser M7R rechargeable flashlight. It is more than bright enough for my daily activities when I am inspecting A/C and need a good bright light, etc. (I work on GA aircraft). It is...
