Buying a used lift(MaxJax)..would you do it?

Makes me glad that I bought a NAT Triumph C7000. Auto locks every inch or something like that

National Auto Tools Triumph C 7000

I run mine off a almost dedicated 15 amp circuit. It works and every once in awhile (like 1/50) it will pop the breaker when I press the button instantly.

Anyone order a Triump C7000 lift recently?

Your anchors should be in deeper and not flush.

Lift install screws up a hole

Nope. Its the NAT C7000. Anchors require a 1" hole, the plate holes are roughly 7/8" so I cant quite use the plate as a template to get perfect 1" holes.

Lift install screws up a hole

1" anchor with 3/4 thread, and a quick measure with my caliper gives me 7/8" hole on the plate.

Lift install screws up a hole

I did drill pilot holes with a 3/8 bit I think it was.. some of the anchor bolts are a bit tight so I will need to make the holes a bit bigger. but yeah its just one that is only showing 3/4 of the anchor thank gawd its on the inside so not that big of a tension on it.

Lift install screws up a hole

Thanks for the tips. I'll try the die grinder with bur. Sadly it wasnt an option. the holes in the plates are 7/8 give or take and the anchors are 1". I do have a 7/8 bit masonary bit but it would most likely catch on the plate

Lift install screws up a hole

Drilled some holes and I screwed up one hole. Its offset so only 3/4 of the anchor is showing. What do I use to elongate the hole in the steel plate?

Where to buy epoxy anchors? Ive been googling for the past few days and all I come up is something outrageous like $80 for 1 anchor.

Getting it out isn't what Im worried about. Cause I have to drive 2hrs to get it at the border, I'd hate to find out I can't load it and turn around to rent a trailer or something. well if people say its unloadable by 2+ people, then it must be loadable by 2+ people. I'll take peoples word...
