I like the power grips in green. But I have been using my soft grips lately. I never liked the instincts and cannot tell the difference between the hard and softs in normal use. they just seem too big in my hand... and I am 6'5".

It looks like an older snapon. I would slip some really thin steel (like a feeler gauge) into the slider. Snappy makes a special tool for this.
