You seem hyper critical without knowing all the details. There are plenty of videos online showing bridge jacks working at the rocker panel jack points. And lots of people actually use two bridge jacks, so that would indicate using for the rear of the car not just "front suspension". Here is...

Thanks! Called them. Not very happy with the service rep I spoke to, but they are reluctantly sending me touch up paint. The rep was one of those "nice" rude people. Meaning he said nasty things in a really nice tone like that was going to be ok. I'm actually regretting going with Bendpak...
