Hmmm... great, sounds like no one has experienced this before! I don't think I have uncured epoxy, I've checked the floor, and there are no sticky spots or anything like that. I waited a full week to allow the epoxy to cure completely... and checked random spots doing the "finger nail" test...

My guess is moisture trapped deeper beneath the surface. Just needed more time to allow it to evaporate.

Others may chime in if I am not correct, but I believe if water is not beading up anymore, you have a porous surface, and it will be ready for your next step.
