Thanks for the kind words. Getting the last bit of concrete formed today. Hopefully pour on Friday. The upstairs is pretty much finished other than some paint touch ups. The car is '31 Model A on '32 rails with a 59AB Flathead. Pretty good coverage of it's build here.

I had a similar experience with our recent hangar project. The weather turned the day of the pour and it just got away from them. The result was areas of de lamination or really wavy and rough. I ended up calling in the pros to get it ground and polished. They took it down grit by grit...

The taxiway is fine, a little bit of tree canopy in a couple of spots but no problem with planes the size of mine. And yes, the runway is the other side of the pond.

No big progress lately. Got water run, driveway installed, electric conduit buried. Getting some quotes for polishing and sealing the floor. On second thought, that's pretty good progress. Still about 2 weeks out for the door delivery. Getting ready to put California in my rearview mirror.

Finished the siding and the trim. Now it's on to the apron and sidewalks, also waiting for delivery of the hangar door. Also time for a broom and dustpan from the looks of it.

Got the roof on as well as most of the siding. Soon be down to the trim. Some inside shots.

It's getting hot. Time to make some shade.
