I bought an old Kelco blasting cabinet years ago. It always worked just well enough that I didn't want to tear into it or take it out of service.
A couple of weeks ago it got really bad so I called Kelco. Talked to their service dept and they emailed me a manual but it needed more than just adjusting. I scheduled a service call and at the end of the day had a machine that worked like a new one. Really nice to deal with a company that makes and supports a quality product.
